Paphiopedilum Quintals Lovely (sukhakulii x Stone Lovely) 2in
This is a hybrid that is on the yellow side which is an interesting change from the white, green, and purple we typically see in Paphs. A larger flower, but not a bulldog. Very compact plant that is not mottle-leaf. Large flower relative to the plant's size. As you will see over and over in the descriptions on here, Paphs are easy!
Near blooming to Blooming size orchid. Unless stated, the orchid will not be in bloom.
PAPHIOPEDILUM CARE INFO:
Potting mix: Coarse/fine bark mix. Repot in Spring once per year.
Light: Medium light. North or East facing is preferred. South or West tolerated, ensure proper shielding to protect leaves from direct sun exposure. Place within 3 ft of a light source or window.
Water: Water frequently in hot months when media reaches dry. Do not allow to stay dry for long periods. Once or twice weekly is a good rule of thumb. Flush the pot monthly to prevent salt build up.
Temp: Cool-warm (50F min night, 95F max day).
Humidity: 40-70%, tolerant of moderate-low humidity.
Fertilizing: 1/2-1/4 strength urea-free fertilizer, weekly as new roots and leaves emerge. Decrease to monthly or less in Winter.
