Return Policy and Shipping

We pack and ship once a week. Feel free to reach out via email or our contact page for any questions or concerns regarding turnaround time. LOA is down to one employee packing and shipping so please be patient.

A note on winter shipping: We pack all plants with a heat pack November-March. We may hold orders in the case of extreme or unpredictable weather. Please notify if you would rather cancel your order.

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after purchase or 7 days after receiving a shipped product. Due to the nature of shipping plants through the post, we do not accept live plant returns but will issue a credit or refund. Some plants will show signs of stress due to environmental changes including but not limited to bud blast, leaf loss, wilting, and leaf damage. We do our best to ship healthy, well-packaged plants but cannot control the handling by postal workers. Winter shipments automatically include a heat pack. Any posted items with "Local Only" are too large to ship and will only be available for local pickup.

Please submit all refund requests through the contact page within 7 days and include a short description of the damage. We may ask for photos.
