Return Policy and Shipping

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after purchase or 7 days after receiving a shipped product. Due to the nature of shipping plants through the post, we do not accept live plant returns but will issue a credit or refund. Some plants will show signs of stress due to environmental changes including but not limited to bud blast, leaf loss and leaf curling. We do our best to ship healthy, well-packaged plants but cannot control the handling by postal workers. All perishables are shipped 2-day priority and winter shipments automatically include a heat pack.

Please submit all return requests through the contact page and include a short description of the damage. One of our team members will respond within 2 business days.
