Miltassia C.M. Fitch 'Izumi'
Miltassia orchids are intergeneric hybrids of Brassia and Miltonia. This variety produces elongated leopard speckled blooms with a soft purple lip. Long spindly blooms have earned this genus the title of "spider orchid". A rewarding orchid perfect for beginners.
MILTASSIA CARE INFO:
Potting mix: Fine bark or fine and long fiber sphagnum mix. Repot in Spring every 1-2 years.

Water: Water frequently in hot months when media reaches dry (about once or twice a week). Slightly more drought tolerant than Miltonia.

Humidity: 40-80%, tolerant of low humidity but prefers intermediate.
