Jewel Orchid Workshop (with Mizu Mori)

Come make a Jewel Orchid Terrarium with us! This class will be taught by terrarium/aquarium expert Michael from Mizu Mori. He brings a clean aesthetic to terrarium design that we just love. This is a small intimate 7 person class at Little Orchid Annie’s right here in Ballard.
Optional purchases can be made but are not required for class participation. Local only!
Includes the following:
- Terrarium glass (~9in, similar to pictured)
- 1 jewel orchid of choice (common and rare varieties)
- Assorted plants and mosses
- Scaping supplies
- Expert level knowledge on terrarium design and maintenance
- Drinks (tea, Izzy)

I highly recommend this workshop! You not only get to build a great terrarium with high quality plants, glassware, and base but you also learn alot as well. This is not your typical terrarium class and have not had another class like it.
Michael was super informative and detailed. The demo in the beginning was so helpful to see as he described the meaning behind placement and all the different elements. It was so cool. I’ll definitely want to do this class again!
This class was very fun. I enjoyed all of the knowledge obtained in the variety of rare plants that we got to work with was so exciting. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price paid
