Hippeophyllym (Oberonia) micranthum division mounted on cork. Native to the Philippines, this species produces long arched spikes covered in tiny white flowers. Intermediate-warm grower, prefers high humidity. Will bloom in variable seasons. 

Blooming size. Plant in first picture is representative of a more mature flowering plant. Plant in second picture is representative of what you will receive. Keep in mind that this is grower's selection and we can't control the exact size of the division. Will not arrive in bloom. 

 

CARE INFO:

Potting mix: Fine bark with perlite or mounted bare root or with moss. Repot in Spring once root bound. Do not allow bark to become waterlogged.

Light: Medium-low indirect light. Must be grown shaded.

Water: Water frequently in hot months when media reaches dry. Prefers to be kept well-watered. Allow to dry slightly between waterings. 

Temp: Hot! (70F min night, 90F max day). Likes cooler nights.

Humidity: 60-90%, high humidity preferred.

Fertilizing: 1/2-1/4 strength urea-free fertilizer, every other watering as new roots and leaves emerge. Decrease fertilizing in late fall and omit or use very sparingly in winter.
