Bulb. Fantasia (Fascination x fascinator) 4in

Bulbophyllum Fantasia is a hybrid that mostly resembles frilly Bulb fascinator but with a much pinker bloom closer to Bulb longissimum. A very cool twisty tail Bulbo that is a personal favorite. Leaves are medium-small but have a pleasing rounded appearance with fat pseudobulbs. Each of these plants have flowers that differ slightly in colors. Pictured is just one example.

BULBOPHYLLUM CARE INFO:

Potting mix: Fine-coarse bark or moss, potted. Mounted with moss.

Light: Low-shaded bright. Direct sun may burn the leaves and dry out the plant too quickly. 

Water: Water frequently in hot months as the media reaches dry. These prefer moist, but well draining conditions. Do not allow them to fully dry out. Decrease in cold months and keep an eye out for rot. 

Temp: Intermediate-warm/hot (60F min, 90F max). 

Humidity: 60-80%, prefers high humidity. Ensure good air circulation. Can be acclimated to 40-50% humidity with adequate watering.

Fertilizing: 1/4 strength urea-free fertilizer, every month as new roots and leaves emerge. Run clean tap water through the growing media once monthly to prevent salt buildup. Light feeders - less is more!
