Brassia Aunty Diana Aki 'Stefanie Munn' produces very thin, green flowers with a brown and white speckled center. Long spindly blooms have earned this genus the title of "spider orchid". A rewarding orchid perfect for beginners.

Plant may vary from pictured. Orchid plugs are juvenile plants with 1-2 growth points. Plugs range from near blooming size (1-2 years) to blooming size. Grower's choice.

BRASSIA CARE INFO:

Potting mix: Fine bark or fine and coarse bark mix. Repot in Spring every 2 years.

Light: Bright indirect - medium light. Shielded South or West facing preferred but ample North and East light should suffice. Protect leaves from direct sun exposure.

Water: Water frequently in hot months when media is dry (about once or twice a week).

Temp: Intermediate-warm (50F min night, 85F max day).

Humidity: 30-60%, tolerant of low humidity.

Fertilizing: Heavy feeding Spring-Summer. 1/2 strength urea-free fertilizer, every other watering as new roots and leaves emerge. Flush the pot once monthly to prevent salt build up. Decrease to once monthly in Winter.
